Arrival of The Tet!

Yes, you didn't read wrong.

Not Ted the dirty talking teddy bear, 

nor Tit the most interesting part of a woman!

After so many complaints about my CPU which I've tried to revived numerous time,

I've finally got it replaced - with a HP's CPU I named Tet.

Saw Oblivion recently? 

Starring Tom Cruise and Morgan Freeman.

Those who haven't seen it...

*SPOILER ALERT!!!*

The Tet is somewhat an 

alien mother ship figure in a giant triangular station on the sky.

At the beginning of the movie, Tet seemed like the most brilliant thing an alien would create.

Its technology which leaves us imagine if-this-could-be-in-our-future-era thingy.

Wanting my CPU to be my brain - executing stuffz for me - it's gonna be my Tet.

Nonetheless... whose who watched Oblivion may remember the unexpectedly lousy ending.

The Tet is so brilliant that it can detect that Jack (played by Tom Cruise) is lying 

from his heartbeat and tone of voice.

But... could not detect the nuclear bomb he brought with him

that eventually destroyed The Tet so easily?

Although there are alot of question marks circling my head after the movie,

it's overall a not-bad movie... can go watch larhhh... 

Am installing whatever anti-virus softwares I can find now. 

My Tet is gonna die like that movie!!!

Watched Jack the Giant Slayer last weekend.

Interesting remake of the original Jack & The Beanstalk.

Handsome actor and actress.

My eyes was affixed looking at the Princess that I felt like kissing her.

Seriously, Eleanor Tomlinson is awesome looking in this movie!

It was a two hour movie,

but felt longer sitting in there,

perhaps because the battle just went on and on,

could not find time to catch my breath.

And the storyline is as per expected.

Jack found some beans,

did what he was told not to,

beans grew to tall beanstalk,

giant came down,

trying to eat all the human they can find,

Jack kill the giants,

Jack save the day,

Jack save Princess in distress,

Jack marry Princess.

Nevertheless, it was a nice movie to watch.

A little bit here and there of people that I ♥ love ♥

My mind was floating the entire day at work.

And I was thankful that I arrived at the office in one piece as

I was trying hard to keep my eyes open while driving.

I kinda ignored the small print 'DROWSY' on the cough medicine

and had it at home before heading to work.

I've been down with sore throat and cough for the fifth day now.

I had Lexie to 'lay lay' with me for the past two days of resting at home.

She's such a darling.

Recently I've been seeing Barry everyday after he off work!

We'll go shopping.. Grab some groceries..

Do our Christmas shopping.. Take photos of food... people... us...

I'll be telling him what I feel like eating, and he'll bring me around to satisfy my cravings..

And if i'm not fit to go out, he'll deliver it to my doorstep.

Is he coming tonight?!! Hehehe...

The big screens... (Ted Is Real-ly Taken 2 Hotel Transylvania!!!)

Harlow!!! Just got back from Genting.. Guess what!
I went to see Kenny Rogers at the Arena of Stars!!!

I've got plenty to blog about the past weeks, but too little time to do any of it!

Let's just talk about movies right now eh..

Taken 2

Watched Taken 2 like weeks ago (super outdated review I know) but just wanted to say that it's rather disappointing. I was hoping that it's gonna be a good second installment looking at how good Taken was. I watched it twice!

When Taken 2 was announced, we kinda laugh that maybe Taken 3 will be about his grandma or his pet dog gotten kidnapped.

Back to Taken 2, the ending really sucks. Despite what seemed to be a cat n mouse chase in the city, the villain who TALKED BIG about revenge in the beginning of the movie was actually hiding n cowardly gave up without a proper fight in the end?

What about Bryan Mills (Liam Neeson) who managed to talk to his daughter Kim for a seemingly long conversation with all the guns pointed at him?

And the villain is kind enough to just hit Lenore (Bryan Mills ex-wife) unconscious instead of killing her in between the mayhem?

This movie is too kind on the hero. Hehe..



No one can mess with Liam Neeson! 



Hotel Transylvania (3D)

Just finished watching Hotel Transylvania in 3D this evening and OMG, mum enjoyed it! She was laughing giggling n all. 

Cartoon has always got the privilege to be a total nuisance but still appear funny.. thus audience are always amused and easier to be pleased.. that's just why I love cartoons!!! ;)

Antipodean @ Bangsar & W.I.P @ Bangsar Shopping Centre

This is a backdated post of an outing with buddies last weekend.

Feeling lazy for a week then decided to just put the photos all together and call it a POST! ;)

Went to Antipodean Cafe @ Bangsar for breakfast.

A new place for me.

Loved it.

Thanks Barry for suggesting this place for breakfast.

Such a waste you couldn't join us.





Opening hours from 8am, but get ready to wait for at least 20mins for your table.

 Pls be prepared to be served with a hearty meal that could keep you stuffed throughout the day.

Vince ordered 4 main course for all 4 of us.

I actually advised him to order 2 main and a side.

But ah well....

Among all the meal ordered, I prefer the classic big breakfast.

The kiwi lamb burger is not to my liking. Patty is dry.

Carbonara on the other hand is a little different in terms of pasta selection and the cream.

Vince and Michelle likes it though. 

Depends on individual preference.

After such a heavy breakfast, we went to Bangsar Village to walk around.

In and out from CD shop, painting shop, sports outlet, 

admire expensive watches, laughing at how a notebook could cost RM259.00, 

and Michelle bought her fav macaroons. 

Vince bought a card game called Cluedo Suspect.

I then brought them to WIP @ Bangsar Shopping Centre.

WIP was previously known as "Work In Progress" and is now "Whipped Into Place!"

Told them about the BEST LAVA CAKE I ever had @ WIP!

...but we end up disappointed.

The Lava Cake is not as yummylicious as I remembered..

Where the center is soft, creamy and molten.. :(

Myself and Vince had mojito as they are having Happy Hours promo..

Our beautiful Sunday didn't just end at Bangsar!

Came back to Klang and went to see Dredd.

The concept of the movie is not-that-bad.

What's bad is that gruesome part.

I was covering my face with the scarf most of the time.

And nobody would find out who is the lead actor in the movie cause

he's behind the mask the entire movie!

Just so you know, the character Dredd is acted by Karl Urban.

Karl Urban also acted in RED (Retired Extremely Dangerous)

alongside Bruce Willis and Morgan Freeman.

More Gangnam!... "Pa Sang style"

Toldcha it's not the end of Gangnam Style.

Even Klang (Pa Sang) has come out with our own  Hokkien Pa Sang style too!

Featuring Siong Huat Bak Kut Teh at Port Klang

(used to be called "ta su sia" meaning under the big tree bak kut teh,
... but I find this place over rated)

Boston famous steam lala.. 

(5mins from my house but I've not been there for so long due to the waiting hours)

Port Klang seafood.. ( I can recommend better ones.. :P )

...and yeah Klang has got alot of tuition centre!

Not bad for production from our fellow Klang people.. ;)

aside from being famous for bak kut teh,
we're famous of snatch theft cases too!

Warning!!! 
To all people out there especially girl pls be careful when driving. 
I know all of you heard this advices before but still i want to remind you again. 
If anyone knock your car from behind nvr ever rush down to view the condition. 
This happen to my close friend this morning at Centro, Klang basement carpark. 
While she on de way driving out from carpark 
suddenly 1 Indian motorcycle purposely knock behind her car. 

Instant reflect she rush down from the car to see what happen. 

The indian guy grab my friend and attempt to drag her to behind the car 

but my friend try to push off the guy and manage to escape and run back to the car. 

Then another Indian guy came so sudden out from no where 

and drag her down and bang her head to the wall. 

That Indian guy try to rob her car and her belonging. 

Thank God she manage to push of 1 of them and grab back the car and drive off. 

The worst thing is even my friend shouting for help and the 

security guard can't do nothing but standing there and watched. 

I wonder the management of Centro duno pay the security fees for what purpose. 

Luckily she could get away from this situation, 

if not the worst thing may happen to her as well.

So guys out there be careful nowadays k!!! God Bless!!

This video has gone viral since it's release in July 2012... and till date, the video in Youtube has reached a view count of 13,157,173 views!!!

So it's either you love it, or you hate it...



Ever since the release, many had tried the horse-riding dance.. and there came creative people who wanted to do their own horse-riding style... who then invented and published their videos in Youtube such as Orang Sabah style... Penang Hokkien style... Kl style... and the list goes on...
